Preliminary grasp of the students’ situation, according to the students’ personality characteristics, hobbies and specialties, evaluate the students’ majors, employment and career direction, formulate application plans, and select the best service items

According to the student service project, connect with the counselling instructor and select the service team.

Collect student information and application intentions, understand the professional direction of students’ future study, establish professional goals, analyze application advantages, choose background improvement programs, participate in various professional and non-professional scientific research/internships on and off campus, and various on-campus clubs/competitions/ Volunteer activities to enhance background soft power.

Integrating the authoritative database of Canadian universities and popular professional databases, according to students’ intentions and interests, it provides targeted major selection and career planning, laying a solid foundation for students’ future job hunting and career development

Create an application account according to the school’s requirements, one-on-one guidance from professional application teachers, and fill in the online application form

Clarify the requirements of different documents, guide students to write and communicate, revise and polish many times

Guiding students to submit necessary materials according to the application deadline, coaching interviews (if required), and completing online applications on time

Check the application progress at any time, communicate with the school and students in a timely manner, and submit all supplementary materials on time.

After students are admitted to multiple schools, help students choose the final school and apply for study permit.
